The breakfast was lovely. The staff were very polite and friendly. nothing was too much trouble for them. the location was convenient, being a short walk from the train station. i received a complimentary upgrade upon arrival.

the food was AMAZING!!! i liked the breakfast room being opposite my door on the fourth floor conservatory. the coffee was very nice too, a good start to the day.

The hotel offers convenient access from the train station. it took a while to understand the shower. Multiple settings existed. i also enjoyed the beautifully decorated room. It included georgian features.

a charming find!
good staff efficient meeting convenient location
The staff were good. I felt welcome and their professionalism was noteworthy. arranging a quick business meeting in the bar was simple and efficient. the location, so near my customer, was convenient too.
The hotel's parking situation was not ideal. I found the advertised options to be limited and inconvenient, leading to some confusion.

The hotel includes a well-equipped business center and complimentary high-speed wifi. I found both to be valuable . meeting rooms offered comfortable seating for up to eight people, and were generally well kept.

the hotel restaurant serves breakfast and dinner, and i noticed the bar is open until 11 pm. breakfast offered a selection of cereals, pastries, and hot dishes, alongside juices and tea. the bar provides a range of beers and spirits.

My executive double room featured a king-size bed with premium bedding, including crisp sheets. the bathroom included a separate walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries. a television with cable channels provided entertainment. I found it relaxing.

Excellent City Center Stay
central location spacious room powerful shower
The hotel's central location proved ideal. It was only a brief walk to the train station. The room was very spacious and quiet. The bathroom had a large heated mirror and a powerful shower.
The hotel has limited parking. There are only seven parking spaces available in a dead-end alley next to the hotel. Maneuvering a large SUV was difficult.

The breakfast buffet provided simple options. Milk, cereal, juice, and croissants were available. Hot items were ordered à la carte. I found the staff accommodating, working hard to provide a pleasant experience for diners.

fantastic stay!
good size appointed room
my room was a good size and well appointed the air conditioning worked wonderfully. the receptionist dealt with everything very professionally plus the hotel offers parking for an extra charge.
the pillows lacked filling they really need replacements it made sleeping the first night difficult.

the staff was very attentive to my needs i felt cared for and valued plus caroline on reception was really excellent. the receptionist was dealing with the situation single handed a great professional.

breakfast was a buffet with milk juice and croissants it was simple. the hotel has stained glass windows by the stairs they are really excellent plus the location is in a central area it makes everything so convenient.
